Leads subordinate Foreman and teams of Equipment Operators who operate several types of power construction equipment, such as compressors, pumps, hoists, derricks, cranes, shovels, tractors, scrapers, or motor graders, to excavate, move, and grade soil, erect structural and reinforcing steel, and pour concrete or other hard surface paving materials. Allocates equipment and personnel based upon project priorities. Communicates effectively with client, project personnel and team members. Coordinates proper maintenance and repair of assigned equipment. Ensures safe work practices and compliance with safety requirements at all times. Completes all necessary administrative requirements and performs duties of subordinate personnel as required. Other duties as assigned.Basic Job RequirementsHigh school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and six (6) years to nine (9) years related experience.Other Job RequirementsRequires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
