We are looking for a highly motivated and methodical individual with solid excel skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate would preferably have some experience in the equity market and a very good English level.Job DutiesWorking closely with senior research analysts, associate’s responsibility will incorporate:Update and maintain databases (mainly Excel spreadsheets)Update periodic research reportsRead and understand about the industryFocus on idea generationAssess viability of expansion projects and/or M&A activities using valuation techniques (DCF analysis) to recommend credit alternatives.Build material to help the team prepare for meetings with prospect companies: company profiles, people profiles, etc.Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration / Accountability- Advanced degrees and certifications such as a CFA and Masters in Finance/MBA are preferred.Skills requiredStrong Excel skillsExcellent English levelGood understanding of finance and equity marketsExperience +2 yearGood grasp of macro-fundamental conceptsGood knowledge of basic econometric / statisticsStrong quantitative, analytical and communication skillsAbility to add value through idea generation at the sector or the financial levels of analysisExperience working with Bloomberg, SNL is preferableStrong attention to details, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to meet tight deadlinesBenefitsMedical InsurancePerformance BonusHybrid Model
