Through its affiliate, Peachtree Group Hospitality Management, Peachtree manages the performance of 100+ hotels across 27 brands with 14,000+ rooms in 26 states.Job SummaryPeachtree Group is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Analyst to support the Asset Management Team in their leadership of the hospitality equity investment portfolio. The Analyst role will be focused primarily on preparing financial analysis, tracking portfolio performance, crafting investor reporting, partnering with internal teams and providing actionable insights to enhance returns, mitigate risk, and support investment decision-making. This role will collaborate closely with portfolio managers, research teams, and senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze performance of equity holdings using financial models, market data, and portfolio reporting toolsPrepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and investorsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market activity, valuation trends, and competitive landscapeSupport senior asset managers with research, scenario modeling, and performance forecastingCollaborate with finance, reporting, and compliance teams to meet regulatory, reporting, and audit standardsHelp develop and refine investment strategies, performance metrics, and risk-management frameworks.
