Senior Manager, Private Equity

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager to support their Front and Middle Office teams on a high-impact, 12-week engagement. This role sits squarely between business and technology, helping bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to ongoing private-markets data initiatives. You’ll partner directly with the CIO and act as the linkage between investment teams, operations, and technical groups. This is a fully remote position requiring someone polished, confident, and able to run the engagement independently.Responsibilties Include:Drive coordination across investment, portfolio, operations, and technology groups to ensure everyone is aligned on prioritiesTranslate business needs into clear requirements, plans, and workflows for technical teamsBuild structure around how data work gets prioritized, communicated, and executedIdentify gaps or roadblocks early and escalate appropriatelyReview outputs from engineering/data teams to ensure they match business expectationsRequirements:8+ years of BA/PM experience within private markets, ideally covering Front or Middle Office processesStrong understanding of how private-equity and private-credit data flows through an organizationFamiliarity with modern data technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Azure/AWS, etc.) — enough to understand the landscape, not build solutions
