Position OverviewJob Title Equity Linked AssociateLocation LondonCorporate Title AssociateOrigination & Advisory (O&A) at Deutsche Bank combines Investment Banking Coverage and Advisory along with Capital Markets to deliver the most appropriate products to both the C-Suite and Treasurer. Clients include major corporates, financial institutions, financial sponsors, governments and sovereigns around the world.In this role, you will assist in origination and execution of Equity-Linked transactions across a wide range of sectors including Technology, Media & Telecoms, Natural Resources, Industrials, Consumer & Healthcare, Real Estate, Gaming & Leisure, and geographies including the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa.You will also have the opportunity to work on Strategic Equity Transactions that encompass corporate equity derivatives, margin loans and stake-building transactions as well as building out the Equity Capital Solutions business.What We’ll Offer YouA healthy, engaged and well-supported workforce are better equipped to do their best work and, more importantly, enjoy their lives inside and outside the workplace.
