ERP Functional Consultant - D365

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:•Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and needs and translate them into functional solutions using MicrosoftDynamics 365 ERP.•Oversee the implementation and configuration of MS Dynamics ERP modules to meet client requirements. Ensure system functionality aligns with client needs.•Conduct workshops to capture functional requirements and document them effectively.•Provide user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for the MS Dynamics ERP system.•Continuously assess and improve business processes through ERP optimization and best practice adoption.•Work closely with technical consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.•Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and ensuring timely and successful ERP system deployments.𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.•3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (preferably Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations).•Functional knowledge of MS Dynamics ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.).•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus but not required.•Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and client workshops.
