The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and refining requirements, recommending ERP solutions, and supporting the implementation process. The Functional Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide consulting expertise, and ensure alignment of ERP systems with business goals. Additional tasks include reporting, documenting process adjustments, and offering ongoing support to stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 functional designs.Configure and support D365 supply chain.Lead workshops, UAT, and end-user training.Manage integrations between ERP and E-Commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or custom).Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, automation, and API-based integrations.Continuously improve workflows and ensure system adoption.RequirementsBachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field (Microsoft Dynamics certification preferred).4–8 years’ experience as a Functional Consultant.Proven experience integrating ERP with E-Commerce and other digital platforms.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps is a plus.Why Join UsWork on high-impact digital transformation projects.Collaborative and innovative work culture.Opportunity to shape scalable ERP–E-Commerce solutions.
