From planning and supervising construction projects to ensuring compliance with industry standards, your expertise will help ensure that our facilities are safe, reliable, and built to the highest quality.Key AccountabilitiesProject Management Lead infrastructure and facilities projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.Design & Planning Develop detailed designs, technical drawings, and specifications using CAD software, ensuring cost-effective and efficient solutions.Construction Oversight Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, health, and safety standards.Maintenance & Repair Inspect and assess existing structures, plan repairs, and manage maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.Quality Assurance Enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards through inspections and controls.Reporting & Collaboration Provide regular project updates, documentation, and technical advice to facilities management and other stakeholders.
