Job Description

We are searching for an Account Manager to work in our Professional Hygiene Business Unit. Our brand Tork, is at the center of everything we do. About The RoleYou are responsible for providing on-going support to various accounts, implementing business strategies to achieve profitable growth and identify new revenue opportunities with accounts and develop new business.

This will be a remote position responsible for covering Northern and parts of Central Finland. The ideal candidate should live within the aligned territory (preferably Oulu area or nearby) and have ability to travel on a regular basis. The role calls for an independent working style and self leadership.

What You Will DoManage a group of identified accounts to achieve designated sales target levels by developing profitable business with new and existing customersResponsible for the direct sales processPrepare short and long-range sales plans and strategies utilizing available sales and marketing programs to reach targetsNegotiate sales plan and conditions with customerCollaborate with internal and external partners to successfully represent and grow the Tork businessIntroduce new products/services to customers and organize visits to current and potential customers to drive sales expansionPossess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of customer’s businessMaintain and retain long-term customer relationships with established customersGenerate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activitiesEnsure that our customers receive high quality serviceWho You AreA degree in business or equivalent commercial experience3+ years relevant experience in sales or account managementFluent in Finnish and EnglishAdvanced negotiation skillsStrategic thinking skillsSolid account profitability understandingStrong presentation skillsFamiliarity with MS Office and basic IT skills to use our CRM and other reporting toolsAbility to develop sound sales and marketing plans and more importantly the ability to deliver the planAnalytical and used to monitoring and reporting salesEager to learn new things and adopt new ways of workingPossession of a valid driver’s license is requiredWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
