This principle drives us every day - worldwide.For our Europe Operation Center Team in Amsterdam or Munich we are looking for aEurope PR Manager (m/f/x)Responsibilities:PR Strategy DevelopmentBuild PR strategy with frameworks and operational models suitable for multi-market and multi-channel structures. Establish unified PR principles, working standards, process guidelines and governance mechanisms, applicable to overseas markets. Develop market-level PR support and management frameworks.Media Relations ManagementBuild and manage the European media landscape and media matrix; support and contribute to cross-market media strategy design and structural planning.Guide and support the local company and local partners in establishing local media cooperations.Plan and execute relevant media relations events and award participation.Collaborate with headquarters to establish news review, release, and synchronization mechanisms for international markets, standardizing messaging, disclosure principles, and communication guidelines.Public Opinion Monitoring & Risk ManagementEstablish a methodology for cross-market public opinion monitoring and analysis. Develop public opinion response mechanisms, crisis communication principles, workflows, and emergency response frameworks.Execute timely and consistently crisis management and crisis control, to ensure the global PR strategy by close collaborating with HQ PR.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, and media relations management, with a strong understanding of the European media environment, PR landscape, and operational methodologies.Proven experience in cross-market, multi-regional, and multicultural communication management.Strong capabilities in strategic planning, storytelling, and content development.Familiarity with common PR tools and processes, including media monitoring, analytics, and reputation management.Experience in, or solid understanding of, PR operations in non-European international markets is a plus.Relevant educational background is preferred.Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese or other major European languages is a significant advantage (e.g. German, French).Excellent cross-functional collaboration and coordination abilities, capable of driving multi-stakeholder alignment, resolving issues and conflicts, and enabling effective cross-team cooperation.This isn’t just another job.
