Event Designer Jr.

We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Event Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event design and production, with a particular focus on wedding events. They should possess exceptional storytelling abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how to create immersive experiences that resonate with our clients and their guests.The Company:House of Kirschner is an atelier that creates ephemeral experiences for events. This gives us the ability to design and produce unique constructions and design-ware, beyond mere marquees or flowers, that will celebrate the greatness of your happiness.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives for each event.Develop creative concepts and design proposals that align with the client's vision and budget.Work closely with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.Manage all aspects of event design, including but not limited to decor, lighting, florals, and overall ambiance.Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and innovative design techniques.Maintain organized documentation, including budgets, timelines, and client communications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Event Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field (preferred).Proven experience in event design and production, with a focus on wedding events.Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, design projects, and successful event executions.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Autocad, 3DMax or similar tools.Great understanding on construction drawing plans.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.Passion for creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding client expectations.Excellent customer serviceAble to follow protocols and design processes.English proficiencyAvailability to travel, must have a valid US Visa and Passport
