The event is invite-only — designed for ultra-high-net-worth clients, global tastemakers, and media — offering an elevated, high-touch “bridal experience”We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Consultant to spearhead Vogue’s flagship IP - The Vogue Wedding Atelier (VWA) . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in conceptualizing, planning, executing, and measuring events that elevate brand presence, engage premium audiences, and drive tangible outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the VWA Calendar in collaboration with brand partners and internal stakeholders.Serve as a strategic liaison with senior stakeholders, building strong relationships that drive influence and collaboration across the market.Plan, coordinate, and deliver the entire Vogue Wedding Atelier event, from concept and vendor/brand curation, to on-site execution and guest experience.Ensure the event meets the high standards of luxury, craftsmanship, and brand image that Vogue Wedding Atelier represents.Manage timeline, logistics, budgeting, vendor contracts, guest curation/invitations, and quality control.Deliver an experience, not just transactions: style walk-throughs, masterclasses, curated sessions (e.g. styling talks, beauty masterclasses, hospitality experiences), brand-partner collaborations, and immersive elements.Serve as the central point of accountability between multiple stakeholders: luxury designers, jewellery and beauty brands, service vendors (gifting, décor, hospitality, entertainment), venue management, and VIP guests.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Editorial, Commercial, Marketing, Consumer & Commercial Creative) to shape the vision, positioning, and execution of the events portfolio.Oversee concept-to-execution delivery of integrations, marketing, ensuring alignment with editorial vision and brand strategy.Work closely with commercial teams and editorial teams to come up with creative ideasDefine themes, creative direction, positioning, and messaging, ensuring alignment with both partner brands’ brand values and our own.Oversee event logistics end to end: venue, production, AV, décor, pre‑ and post‑event branding, staffing, invitations, guest management.Budget planning, tracking, and financial reporting for each event. Ensure costs stay within approved limits and that ROI is maximized.Ensure all event activities uphold brand standards for both our brand and partner brands (visual identity, messaging, tone).Stay updated on event trends, experiential marketing innovations, and competitor/co‑branded best practices; suggest new ideas to improve event experiences.
