The RoleWe’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Events Management Intern to support the delivery of Baller League’s live football events and fan experiences. This role is ideal for university students seeking hands-on experience in sports events, entertainment, and live production. You’ll gain first-hand insight into how large-scale, high-energy events are planned, coordinated, and executed - from concept to kick-off.This is a dynamic internship designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to learn how top-tier sports and media events are brought to life.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Events & Operations team in planning and delivering live matchdays, fan activations, and media eventsAssist with logistics coordination, including venue setup, staffing, accreditation, and supplier managementHelp manage on-site operations during events; supporting crew, talent, and partners to ensure smooth executionMaintain and update internal event schedules, contact sheets, and production documentsConduct research and compile briefs for upcoming events, suppliers, and partnersProvide administrative support, including expense tracking, equipment inventory, and logistics coordinationWork cross-functionally with the Talent, Media, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless event deliveryWhat We’re Looking ForEnthusiastic team player with a professional, can-do attitudeExcellent organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detailComfortable working under pressure and handling multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong communicator who can work effectively across teams and with external partnersInterest in sports, live events, or entertainment productionProficiency in Google Workspace toolsAvailability to work evenings and weekends during event periodsThis is an unpaid internship designed for educational and professional experience, with the potential for future paid opportunitiesWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience in live event production, logistics, and sports operations.Exposure to cross-functional collaboration between operations, media, sport, and talent teams.Practical insight into how large-scale events are planned and executed in real time.Mentorship and feedback from experienced events professionals.Valuable industry experience for future roles in sports management, event production, or operations.Why Join Baller LeagueBe part of a groundbreaking sports entertainment brand that’s shaping the next generation of football.
