Event Planner ( Cacique International)The Event Planner organizes and manages events from start to finish, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision. Key requirements include strong organizational skills, vendor coordination, budgeting, and client communication.Duties Consult with clients to define event objectives and preferences Select venues, vendors, and suppliers Manage budgets and negotiate contracts Coordinate logistics: catering, transportation, accommodations, and AV setup Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown Monitor activities to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback collectionRequirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in event planning, hospitality, marketing, public relations, or business administration 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service Strong organizational and time management skills Clear and professional communication abilities Budgeting and cost control proficiency Creative thinking and ability to design engaging event experiences Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Familiarity with event software, spreadsheets, and CRM tools Leadership and team coordination capabilities Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and last-minute adjustment
