Please click here to apply internally.Baker's Bay Golf & Ocean Club is seeking Two (2) Locker Room Attendants to join the Wellness Department.The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that Bakers Bay Golf & Ocean Club members and guests receive the highest level ofpersonalized, courteous, and professional service. This is highly visible, hands-on role that involves ensuring organization and presentation of the Locker Rooms, Fitness and Spa areas are in adheres to Departmental standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHave detailed knowledge of current Spa, Fitness, and Food & Beverage services and effectively communicate services to members and guests.Restock all Wellness Locker Room amenities, including lockers, sandals, water bars, food stations, linens, and more.Lifting and removal of soiled, wet towels and robes in the Locker Room and placing items in the respective linen bins. -Wipe counter tops and clean floors in the Wellness Locker Rooms as well as spa and fitness areas as needed. -Keep the area free of unsightly trash and discard trash as required. - Organizing and restocking of all amenity stations in the Locker Room area.Adhere to the Wellness department’s standard operating procedures.Provide friendly, responsive, and effective service to members and guests. - If known, acknowledge all members and guests by their names.Be knowledgeable about Food and Beverage products offered in the Locker Rooms.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms. - Pay close attention to detail, be proactive and take ownership of tasks and your area.Perform assigned duties and tasks, such as stocking, cleaning, and preparing wellness areas.Follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing shifts and facilities.Ensure facilities are always clean and equipment in working order and report any issues to management.Be willing and able to assist in other assigned areas and tasks as needed by management.Experience And Qualifications -Demonstrated experience in a Spa or Wellness environment is preferred.Knowledge of spa services, products and procedures offered are essential.Strong organizational and time management abilities are necessary.Ability to work independently and within a team structure.Must possess exceptional customer service skills, and strong interpersonal communication abilities to enhance member and guest experience, as well as team functionality.Maintain a professional demeanor and embody the Baker’s Bay brand.Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and POS systems.Ability to function under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing conditions. -Possess a high work ethic, demonstrate a sense of responsibility and accountability, and be adaptable to flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays.
