With us, it’s not just a career, but a deeply rewarding journey.New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel is now looking for extraordinary talent to join us as Event Sales Coordinator.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Event Sales TeamAssist in the preparation of event proposals and banquet event ordersLiaise and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of eventsPrepare, compile and distribute regular reportsPerform ad hoc assignments as delegated by supervisors RequirementsHigher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or a related disciplineCourteous, service-oriented, and possessing a pleasant personalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, well-organized, and able to work under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processingGood command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and MandarinExperience in sales administrative duties within a luxury hotel environment is an advantageFresh graduates are welcome to apply
