Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal and external events from planning to post-event review.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.Oversee venue setup and breakdown, including décor and equipment.Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and stock.Prepare reports and ensure compliance with Tsebo’s SHEQ standards.Skills and CompetenciesStrong organisational ability, excellent communication, MS Office proficiency, and financial administration skills.AttributesCustomer-focused, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.QualificationsEducationGrade 12 (mandatory); Diploma in Events Management or Hospitality preferred.Experience2–3 years in corporate event coordination.
