Education Qualification: MSW GraduateProficiency in local language - PunjabiExperience: 3-7 Years in the employee welfare job in a factory landscape. Prior experience in dealing with Union and have supported in signing at least one LTSMain Purpose of Job:Flawless execution of all welfare related activities for employees and ensuring facilities provided are up to the mark. Resolving any employee grievances and aiming for continuous improvements in the welfare processes and initiatives. Building the pro-active employee relations in the factory for the growth the business.Key Outputs:Building Pro-active Employee Relation in the factoryShop floor greivance redressal managementFront line supervisor capability improvementDiscipline management in the shop floorBuilding positive work culture in the shop floor through performance management, skill building, recognitions etc.Statutory CompliancesFiling of welfare returns as per the frequencyOrganizing various committee meeting & recordsHandling Employee grievances related to employee welfare facilitiesHandling NATS/Boat and NAPs for the factory and ensuring compliance to the rule/lawTo maintain the iComply portal, IACL, Control ManagerMaintaining all statutory registers and forms.Employee Welfare Amenities AdministrationDistribution of Uniforms, Safety Shoes, Infant Feed as per the Company PolicyCanteen administration, committee management & handling employee grievances & handling various food safety audits.Employee Social Block management, Hygiene managementEnd to end Employee Transport facility management & Safe Travel policy execution.Management of recordsBudget & ControlOccupational Health Centre ManagementResponsible for procurement for MedicinesBudget controlEnsure regular health check ups, vaccinations & health risk ManagementMaintenance of statutory reports.Ensuring annual medical reports and vaccinations are timely completed and documents for all employees- BC+WCManaging OHC related concernsAssist FMO in executing various health and wellbeing initiatives in the factory.Travel & Guest HouseMaintenance of Factory Vehicles, Companys transport facility for employeesMaintenance and upkeep of the Guest House, Trainee HostelsMaintenance and upkeep of the Creche.Employee Engagement activity ManagementPlanning & Execution of all major visits, Family Functions, Get togethers etc.Planning and organising annual mega events like Sports activities, Summer camps, family day etc.Celebrating pre-decided festivals & national holidays for the year.KnowledgeStatutory requirements related to employee welfare Statutory Compliances under various labour lawsTechnical / FunctionalUnderstanding of the employee welfare process and Manufacturing Process.Understanding of handling employee grievances, multiple Unions, various stakeholdersWe are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
