It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.The advertised role holder will be part of the HR - Talent Acquisition Team.Job ProfileThis role is responsible for the day to day Talent Acquisition Operations across all Customer Groups. This will include the operational support and processing of end-to-end On-boarding process from raising the requisition for the vacancy to offer letter generation through to the completion of pre-employment screening and candidate induction. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for Employee life cycle activities covering transfer/promotion process, campus related front ending, Day 1 Induction presentation, and MIS.Principal AccountabilitiesEnsure that there is a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the Onboarding process;Front end business and candidates with technical / operations related queries;Support & manage the overall background verification process;Ensure the business manager and recruiter, are provided with regular updates throughout the Onboarding process;Ensure data integrity and reporting is robust for the pre-employment verification process;Campus Placement Management - Actively work with business and institutes for Campus related operational tasks and should be target oriented.Handle Vendor payments and expense provisioning;Vendor Management and TMEP duties for Procurement related activities;Create and circulate periodic R&O MIS & Dashboards to all relevant stakeholders and leaders;Work within the control framework and ensure that processes are followed to mitigate issues, queries and breaks in the process.Qualifications - ExternalGraduation / Post-Graduation (Bachelor’s degree holder of an UGC recognised University and must possess mark sheets and provisional / Degree certificate of passing)Only Fresh Graduates within 0-5 years of completing their Bachelor’s degree can applyCandidate should not have done any Govt. regulated Apprenticeship in pastBasic knowledge of full cycle recruiting and SourcingStrong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and critical thinkingProfessional and strong presentation skills to senior level stakeholdersCulturally diverse and aware and able to work with people of different backgrounds and languagesAdditional InformationThe tenure of the Apprentice will be 1 (one) year as defined under Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992 amended from time to time.All Apprentices engaged by the Bank will also be featured in NATS portal as an ‘Apprentice’. By virtue of them being covered under the provisions of the Act, a candidate profile will be created for each apprentice in the NATS portal, which will be available to them for viewing.On completion of the one-year Apprenticeship tenure, a Certificate of Proficiency will be issued to the apprentice by the Govt. of India, as applicable under the Act and the enrollment under the Apprenticeship Act will cease.All other clauses regarding the tenure of engagement as an Apprentice with HSBC will stand as mentioned in the offer letter issued by the Bank at the time of joining.
