You’ll bring structure to fast-moving priorities, foster cohesion, and help modernize operations through a tech-forward, process-minded approach.This role is ideal for someone who leads with both heart and precision—someone who values relationships as much as results and finds fulfillment in helping a thoughtful organization thrive.The Right CandidateThe right candidate:Excels at managing complex calendars, meetings, and priorities across multiple leadersIs a travel-planning and points optimization pro—skilled at crafting seamless itineraries, managing loyalty programs, and anticipating travel needs with precisionKeeps the physical office running smoothly—maintaining harmony, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the company’s people-first cultureIs tech-savvy and eager to help modernize processes through tools like CRM, Excel, and TripItExercises discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communicationsIs dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of executing tasks with minimal oversightValues long-term stability and is seeking a role where they can contribute and grow over many yearsDemonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and thrives in a collaborative environmentLives in or is willing to relocate to Birmingham, ALKey ResponsibilitiesProvide support to CEO and other team membersProvide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership teamManage complex calendars, travel logistics, and meeting coordination with precision and foresightOversee day-to-day office operations for the Birmingham location, ensuring an organized, professional, and welcoming environmentPrepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items to keep initiatives on trackMaintain digital systems for scheduling, documentation, and project tracking Support company culture through coordination of team events, celebrations, and internal communicationsServe as a liaison across departments, vendors, and external partners—fostering alignment and collaborationProvide light personal assistance for the CEO, including scheduling, errands, and vendor coordinationUphold confidentiality, professionalism, and a proactive approach to anticipating needsPosition RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)Work Experience5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (required)Work Environment & CompensationLocation: In-person, Birmingham, ALExpected Start Date: December 1, 2025Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM CST (flexibility required as needed)Salary: $65,000–$80,000Relocation: Packages available for highly qualified candidatesTravel: Occasional (a few times per year, typically 1–2 overnights)Benefits: Comprehensive package (details provided to finalists)Requirements: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicleWork Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipAccommodations: Available for qualified individuals with disabilities
