Job Description

Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate daily activities and priorities.Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.Serve as the main point of contact between the executive, team members, and external partners.Handle correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.Track action items and ensure timely completion of follow-ups and deliverables.Support general office operations and maintain efficient systems and procedures.Assist with project coordination, tracking, and reporting across business initiatives.Manage budgets, expense reports, and vendor invoicing.Organize company events, meetings, and off-site gatherings.Coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries.Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and documentation.Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.Conduct research and assist with special projects as needed.Uphold strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive, solutions-oriented support.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.5+ years of executive support or office management experience, ideally within professional services or project-based environments.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration/project management tools.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality with professionalism.
