Title: Executive Assistant - Professional & Social Media SupportLocation: Remote (Philippines, South Africa, or Latin America preferred)Hours: Full-Time, flexible (ideally Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-3 PM overlap with executive)Salary: ~$1,000/month (open to $1,000-$1,500 based on experience)About The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support the operations of our company. The ideal candidate will excel at digital organization, data management, social media, messaging and scheduling across multiple projects. This role combines professional business support with personal assistance, requiring discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.Key Responsibilities>> ProfessionalCalendar & Scheduling ManagementMaintain and coordinate Google Calendar for meetings, events, deadlines, and reminders.Schedule internal and client-facing meetings across multiple time zones.Answer client emails / text messages and create a daily priority list Schedule all social media posts, links, and tracking for content Data Management & ReportingCollect, organize, and update business data (attendance, sales, KPIs, client progress).Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports in Google Sheets, Excel, and NumbersAssist with data entry, cleanup, and accuracy verification.Email & Communication SupportManage Google Workspace email accounts: inbox organization, prioritization, and drafting replies.Send professional communications, reminders, and follow-ups as needed. Operational SupportAssist with project tracking for gym operations, consulting projects, and content initiatives.Help organize files and resources in Google Drive for easy access across teams.Document and update SOPs, workflows, and recurring tasks.>> PersonalManage personal appointments, reservations, and reminders.Assist with travel planning (flights, hotels, transportation).Handle digital organization of personal files, receipts, and records.Support personal projects and philanthropic initiatives (Gift of Basketball, events, family scheduling).Qualifications & ExperienceExperience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management. Comfortable using remote communication tools (text, email, VoIP, CRMs). Experience with international teams and flexible scheduling is a plus. Interview ProcessInitial screening with the recruiter. Skills and scenario-based evaluation (scheduling, messaging, social media tasks). Final interview with the executive. Additional NotesPreferred working hours overlap with the executive’s schedule, but flexibility is allowed. Candidates from the Philippines, South Africa, or Latin America are encouraged to apply.
