LOOKING FOR TOP STELLAR CANDIDATES IN LATIN AMERICAPosition: Executive AssistantWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ESTSalary Range: $1,500 - $2,000 USD (Final offer depends on client approval and overall assessment of candidate skills and experience)Work Location: RemotePosition OverviewThe Executive Assistant will be a high-level personal and operational support role, serving as the Founder’s right-hand and helping to streamline the business. Key responsibilities will include quality assurance/quality control oversight, ensuring the current team is following processes and systems, as well as providing marketing/sales support to the Founder. This is an opportunity to take on a versatile, impactful role within a growing small business.RoleIf this role aligns with you, send your resume, a short intro video (1-2 minutes), and a written paragraph answering this question:“Describe a time you noticed something that wasn’t working — and fixed it before anyone asked.”Duties And ResponsibilitiesOwn QA/QC: Review guest communications, identify process gaps, and coach the team to uphold Brighthouse standards.Streamline Operations: Keep systems tight — ensuring projects, SOPs, and recurring tasks in Monday.com run on time and to spec.Support the Founder: Manage the Founder’s calendar, travel, email inbox, and follow-ups with precision and care.Drive Marketing: Assist with content creation, affiliate and partnership outreach, and lead follow-up.Improve Continuously: Spot friction points before they become fires. Propose better ways, document them, and teach others.Communicate Thoughtfully: Liaise with owners, vendors, and contractors in a clear, professional, and human way.Qualifications3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief-of-Staff, or Operations Lead.Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicator across time zones.Strong critical thinking and systems mindset — you enjoy solving puzzles and creating order.High emotional intelligence and professional maturity.Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Slack.Hospitality, real estate, or property-management experience is a plus, but not required.Most importantly: you notice things, fix them, and care deeply about doing great work.Note: Please submit your resume in ENGLISH; otherwise, your application may not be processed.
