Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. ResponsibilitiesReceives Company Executives and officials from Government Agencies and other high-level dignitaries, and refers to the Executive or direct report as appropriate.Acts as point of contact between the Executive and reporting General Managers and Department Heads, as well as other internal/external Executives, high level dignitaries and contacts.Develops and maintains office systems and procedures, and operates office equipment. Performs minor system functions and other miscellaneous duties as requested by the Executive.Performs complex diary and travel management, and planning and organizing of events. Acts as gatekeeper of the Executive’s time to ensure the Executive remains sufficiently accessible, while allowing the Executive to focus on core business activities, and delegates tasks in the Executive’s absence.Processes preparation of visas and other documentation for renewal of driving license and vehicle registration, and processing of domestic staff and drivers.Screens and directs telephone calls competently. Receives and handles incoming mail/documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5 Minimum Years of Experience.
