As our Executive Assistant & Engagement Lead, you'll be the trusted partner to the ECS Managing Director and Leadership Team - keeping operations running smoothly while driving projects that make ECS a great place to work. This is your chance to combine organisational excellence with creativity and help shape a positive, inclusive culture.This is a hybrid role based in our Nottingham or London office reporting into our Managing Director of Consumer ServicesWork That Matters - What You'll Do     Own complex diary management for senior leaders and ensure seamless scheduling.     Prepare high quality reports and presentations for leadership and board meetings.     Use GenAI tools to capture meeting notes, decisions, and follow-up actions.     Organise team workshops, 'All Hands' events, and engagement activities that inspire connection.     Lead our Great Place to Work agenda - team-building, cultural celebrations, wellness programmes, and more.     Manage expense processing, purchase orders, and invoices with accuracy.QualificationsWhat you'll need to bring to the role & Experian     Visionary Approach - anticipate requirements and provide effective solutions     Collaboration Skills - working across teams and regions.     Clear and Professional Communication - convey ideas and information with impact     Engagement Expertise - champion cultural and employee initiatives.     Maintain Confidentiality - manage sensitive information with care and integrityMore About You     Committed to producing, accurate work on schedule     Motivated, and flexible - supporting during peak periods.     Proficient in Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.     Passionate about communications and engagement agendas.     Excellent administration and organisational skills.Additional InformationBenefits package includes:Hybrid working - two days a week in the London or Nottingham officeGreat compensation package and discretionary bonusCore benefits include pension, bupa healthcare, sharesave scheme and more25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days.
