Doctor Be+ Clinic focuses on facial plastic & reconstructive surgery to help patients from all around the world look their best each day.Our team currently consists of- surgeon (Dr.Berke Özücer)- 2 surgical assistant nurses- 2 sales representativesWe are looking for a new executive assistant & patient experience coordinator to join our teamResponsibilitiesCoordinating operative patients and ensuring high satisfactionCoordinating the patient follow ups on calendar and obtaining reviewsActively manage post-operation process and patients’ concerns,Maintain a premium patient experience during the process and represent our brand with highest patient satisfaction,Receiving payment from patients, organizing hospital payments and pre-accountingReports directly to Dr.Berke ÖzücerRequirements(must) Experience in healthcare & patient management & postoperative care(must) Advance level of English Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills,CRMWell organised and proactive.We offer youA salary plus monthly bonus based on clinic's overall performanceInternational work experience in rapidly growing sector.Supplementary Private Health Insurance (starting from your third working month)A friendly work environment where you will feel happy.
