Executive Assistant to President | SAN FERNANDO VALLEY | Network Tech ManufacturersPosition: Executive Assistant to the PresidentCompany: CONFIDENTIAL - Telecom hardware innovatorsLocation: Chatsworth, CA (M-F onsite)Compensation: $40-45.00/hour (95-110k upon conversion)Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pmDuration: Temp-to-Hire starting ASAPPosition Summary: A fast-growing technology company is seeking a highly skilled, proactive Executive Assistant to support the President in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level administrative functions. This role requires exceptional organizational judgment, the ability to anticipate needs, and the professionalism to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the President’s time is optimized and priorities are executed with precision.Responsibilities & Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including complex calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting.Serve as a strategic gatekeeper—prioritizing requests, managing communications, and ensuring the President is prepared for all meetings, presentations, and engagements.Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.Coordinate cross-functional communication between internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.Support execution of strategic initiatives, including research, data gathering, project tracking, and preparing briefing materials.Assist with board-related preparation, including compiling documentation, managing deadlines, and coordinating logistics.Maintain a pulse on the President’s priorities and the company’s business needs; proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve workflows.Build strong relationships across the organization and interface confidently with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Core Competencies: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally within a technology or high-growth environment.Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a strong command of business professionalism.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset; able to anticipate needs and recommend solutions before issues arise.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving company.We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
