Consulting Kaleidoscope Undergraduate Program is an opportunity for undergraduate students to learn more about strategy management consulting as a career path. This program is open to current sophomores and juniors seeking early exposure to the consulting industry, particularly students who may have had limited access to or familiarity with consulting and are interested in connecting with Mosaic@LEK.This program will be held virtually and feature opportunities to:Attend seminars about what a career as an Associate looks like at L.E.K.Network with L.E.K. Associates, Consultants, Managers and Managing Directors through a series of panels and small group sessionsParticipate in practice case interviewsConnect with Mosaic@LEK, one of our employee resource groupsMosaic@LEK is an employee resource group that seeks to attract, recruit, develop, and retain individuals in the L.E.K. community who identify as racial and ethnic minorities. Mosaic@LEK aim to create a welcoming and supportive community through formal and informal activities across our offices that are designed to foster awareness, support career development, encourage community engagement, and share personal interests and goals. Our Application Criteria Is BelowCurrent sophomore or junior expecting to graduate in spring or summer 2026 or 2027 seeking early exposure to the consulting industry, particularly students who may have had limited access to or familiarity with consulting and are interested in connecting with Mosaic@LEK.Outstanding academic performanceStrong leadership and team skillsEnergized by solving tough problems and driving real impactMust be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Participants will receive a guaranteed first round interview for the Associate or Summer Associate role to take place during our campus recruiting season. Participants will also be paired with a mentor from Mosaic@LEK to stay in touch throughout the spring and summer and serve as a resource to practice casing and prepare for interviews.Please upload your resume, transcript, and a cover letter including why you would like to be a part of L.E.K.
