This role will serve as a central resource for attorneys, paralegals, and clients. The Administrative Assistant / Office Manager is the heartbeat of daily firm operations; managing communication, scheduling, office coordination, client intake, invoice allocation and administrative projects that keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a high-standards environment and bring pride and precision to everything you touch, this is your arena.Salary Range: $35.00 - $40.00 / Hour DOEAdministrative Assistant / Office Manager Responsibilities Support the Director of Operations with administrative projects and workflow coordination Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and visitor support Manage client intake, forms, and routing of case information to the Managing Partner Process invoices and allocate expenses to the correct client matters Calendar conference rooms and internal meetings Organize documents, compile files, and maintain accurate records Triage email, prioritize communication, and streamline workload for the Director of Ops Assist with accounts payable processing Maintain organized office systems and supply inventory Work ahead and problem-solve independently before escalating questions Provide exceptional internal client service with professionalism and confidentialityAdministrative Assistant / Office Manager Requirements 2 - 4 years of administrative support experience in a high-end professional environment Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Microsoft 365 proficiency and strong technical aptitude Exceptional written and verbal communication High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize, pivot quickly and manage multiple deadlines Experience allocating invoices and supporting billing workflows High degree of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information Polished, professional presentation and confident demeanor Proven ability to manage up and support leadership efficiently Experience with legal software and/or QuickBooks preferredBenefits Annual discretionary bonus & potential holiday bonus Medical, dental, vision Life insurance & long-term disability 401(k) with company match PTO that increases with tenure Sick hours + 10 paid holidays HSA & FSA Annual holiday party and upcoming summer eventApply today!
