Strategic Partner Manager IVW2 Contract Duration: 9 monthsLocation: Los Angeles, CAWork Arrangement: OnsiteThe Strategic Partner Manager IV will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of high-impact partnership strategies to drive platform growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact for key partners, managing relationships, resolving business issues, and building scalable programs that foster adoption. Candidates must bring 8+ years of experience, strong project management skills, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the strategy, implementation and optimization of strategic partnershipsTrack, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationshipsIdentify and manage emerging partnersBecome the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with key partnersProactively resolve business issues with partnersBe an internal advocate for the partnersBuild and manage scalable partner programs to drive broad adoption of the Client's PlatformMinimum QualificationsBA/BS degree8+ years experience, including 4+ years of related partner or product experienceProject management experience, with experience leading and handling multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projectsCommunication and presentation experienceProven experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plansExperience to work cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externallyPreferred QualificationsTechnical backgroundProven track record of driving partnership strategy at a consumer internet company, among a diverse set of industriesRapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environmentMust Have SkillsStrategic Partnership Management - Proven experience managing, optimizing, and growing strategic partnerships, including being the primary point of contact and internal advocate.Project Management - Strong ability to lead and handle multiple cross-functional, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.Communication & Presentation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Talent partnerships / creator partnershipsNice to Have SkillsTechnical Background - Understanding of technical concepts to better communicate with partners and internal teams.Public Representation - Experience serving as a spokesperson for a platform or product.Industry Diversity - Track record of driving partnership strategies across a variety of industries, especially in consumer internet companies.
