BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 09 MonthsJob Type: Contract – [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]Job Description:Responsibilities:Manage the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Client strategic partnershipsTrack, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationshipsIdentify and manage emerging partnersBecome the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with Client key partnersProactively resolve business issues with partnersBe an internal advocate for the partnersBuild and manage scalable partner programs to drive broadly adoption of the Client PlatformMinimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree8+ years’ experience, including 4+ years of related partner or product experience Project management experience, with experience leading and handling multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projectsCommunication and presentation experienceProven experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plansExperience to work cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externallyPreferred Qualifications:Technical backgroundExperience to serve as a spokesperson for the Client PlatformProven track record of driving partnership strategy at a consumer internet company, among a diverse set of industriesRapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environmentMinimum Years of Experience: 8+ Must-Have Skills1. Strategic Partnership Management● Proven experience managing, optimizing, and growing strategic partnerships, including being the primary point of contact and internal advocate.2. Project Management● Strong ability to lead and handle multiple cross-functional, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.3. Communication & Presentation● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Talent partnerships / creator partnershipsNice-to-Have Skills1. Technical Background● Understanding of technical concepts to better communicate with partners and internal teams.2. Public Representation● Experience serving as a spokesperson for a platform or product.3. Industry Diversity● Track record of driving partnership strategies across a variety of industries, especially in consumer internet companies.Degrees/Certifications ● Minimum Required: BA/BS degree (Bachelor’s in any field).
