Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant based in Dubai, with the flexibility for occasional work from home. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage executive schedules, prepare expense reports, and assist with a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the company. Responsibilities also include streamlining communication, organizing documents, and planning meetings or events as required. Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsExperience in handling Expense Reports and providing Executive SupportStrong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in office productivity tools and scheduling softwareBachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferredPrior experience working in a start-up or corporate services environment is a plusConfidence in maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information
