Ensure the processing and drafting of all required correspondence and ensure the execution of various mandates between the different departments; Act as a resource person at the vice-president level. Fulfill requests as needed;Coordinate various executive meetings including the preparation of necessary documents and/or presentations;Ensure effective and proactive management of the agenda;Structure and effectively maintain a filing system;Ensure the monitoring and prioritization of tasks as well as the quality of the processes in place;Facilitate the execution of the tasks and responsibilities of the Vice-President;Participate in the realization of special projects and perform all other tasks related to the role;Prepare, record and follow up on payments of executive expense accounts;Outline the information transmitted by the various stakeholders and/or managers;Writing of various publications, editorials and speeches.Correspondence: Write letters and various documents;Make the necessary arrangements for travel or travel;Other tasks as required.
