EIP has nearly $5 billion in assets under management and invests globally across venture, growth, and credit, and a team of almost 100 professionals.EIP is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant be responsible for supporting EIP's Private Equity leaders and several additional Principals by executing a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This candidate should be highly organized, able to manage multiple competing priorities, be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Key Areas of Responsibility:Provides executive support for several Partners and additional select team membersManages professional calendars for the Partners and helps prioritize schedulingCoordinates business travel arrangements, including but not limited to flight, car, and hotel accommodations, and dinner reservations for complex international travel and optimizes itineraries for efficient trip managementMaintaining and stocking reception area, office supplies, and food and beverage stations; ensuring reception area and office spaces are clean and tidyManages the stakeholders expenses and administrative paperworkMaintains high level of discretion and judgment Interacting with building staff, accepting deliveries and directing third-party vendors as needed, ordering and accepting delivery of daily lunchesOperates effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environmentRequirements 5-10 years of professional experience as executive assistant in senior leadership settings Bachelor's degree Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver premier customer experience with comfort around senior executives High degree of energy and innate motivation and drive A "can-do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
