As the business continues to experience consistent growth, they are searching for an Executive Assistant who can partner with their Directors to deliver improved efficiency and focus to their day-to-day. Someone who thrives in the detail, keeps things moving, and isn't afraid to challenge the way things are done to deliver better outcomes. The roleThis is a newly created EA role designed to make a tangible impact. You'll work side-by-side with the Directors — managing their diaries, priorities and communication flow while identifying opportunities to streamline how the business operates. You'll bring pace and order to a busy, hands-on environment and become the glue that keeps people, information and decisions connected. Key responsibilities:Take charge of complex and constantly changing diaries, meetings and travel schedules.Coordinate key communications, agendas and follow-ups that keep the business moving.Create smarter, more efficient ways of working — reducing noise and freeing up time for what matters.Be the connector between the Directors, their teams and customers ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Support operational coordination and where appropriate lead, special projects across different parts of the business.What's in it for youThis is not your standard EA role.
