City location and hybrid working for experienced investment sector EAAbout the CompanyFantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant with investment banking or private equity experience to join the friendly, dynamic Investor Relations team of this leading European investment boutique specialising in transport, logistics and the energy sector.About the RoleWe're looking for a collaborative and inquisitive assistant with an interest in supporting an investor relations function, ideally with good exposure to managing CRMs and Events.ResponsibilitiesMeeting, Travel, Event & Roadshow LogisticsCoordinate complex global travel and accommodation (including visa support)Plan and execute investor roadshows: travel, meetings, and schedules.Arrange a high volume of calls and meetings between investors, IR, and partners.Organise onsite due diligence sessions, where appropriateBooking restaurants and other venues for investor meetings and team eventsAGM support: venue scouting, travel/hotel bookings, merchandise, room setup, investor registrationConferences: purchasing tickets, full logistics, meeting coordination across venues, investor communication, on-the-ground supportPresentation & MaterialsPrint and bind investor presentationsRenew various information platform subscriptionsAdmin & FinanceAttend team weekly meetingsProcess invoices and expenses.CRM management: save notes/emails, update contacts/companies, create fundraising records.Log meetings, calls, and roadshowsRedacting, watermarking and editing documents.Obtaining signaturesCompiling, saving and scanning IR documents.Ad hoc duties as requiredQualificationsPrevious experience in an administrative, client service, or communications role within alternative investment space or investment bankingFamiliarity with financial documents and terminology.Required SkillsKnowledge of CRM or Investor Relations platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred SkillsAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external investors, both verbally and in writing.High level of accuracy in handling data, preparing documents, and managing communications.Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSkilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems and investor relations platforms is a plusTrusted to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalismWorks well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working environmentProactive in identifying issues and proposing practical solutionsPay range and compensation package13 month maternity contract commencing January - 3/4 days in officeEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.FlexibilityMinimum 3 days a week in the office, European business travel on ad-hoc basis.```
