With its global network across CIS countries and Central Asia, the company successfully carries out EPC contracting, public and institutional construction projects, and various energy operations worldwide.We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Head Office in Istanbul.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or Management Information Systems,Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,Strong in calendar, meeting, and travel coordination,Advanced MS Office skills,Excellent time management and prioritization,Strong communication, presentation, and corporate writing skills,Professional demeanor and high representation skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Native-level Turkish, B2 English,Russian language is a plus,High sense of confidentiality, reliability, and responsibility.JOB DESCRIPTIONManage daily calendar, meetings, and travel plans,Handle written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders,Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents,Organize email, phone, document, and cargo flow,Welcome and assist office visitors,Coordinate communication between departments and senior management,Provide full administrative and operational support,Maintain confidentiality in all business matters.
