You’ll be the right hand to our Directors, keeping things moving, solving problems before they appear, and making sure the KFC spirit shines through in everything you do.You’ll be the first point of contact for leaders across the business, representing KFC with confidence and care. This role is for someone who thrives in the fast lane, loves being the glue that holds things together, and wants to make work feel easier (and a little more joyful) for everyone around them.WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOINGBeing a true partner to the Directors you support, bringing fresh thinking, great judgement and a calm, “I’ve got this” presence.Showing up as a cultural ambassador, championing our values and helping keep our team connected and energised.Managing complex, ever-changing schedules like an absolute pro - prioritising, re-prioritising and always staying two steps ahead.Owning logistics for meetings and events, from room bookings to agendas to making sure everything just works.Building brilliant relationships across the business and within the Executive Support team - you’re the connector.Prepping meeting briefs, gathering insights, doing light research and making sure your Directors walk into every room ready to shine.Providing support and cover for fellow Exec Assistants when needed - we’ve got each other’s backs here.Running events - whether it’s an intimate offsite or something for 100 people (with agency support), you’ll make it seamless.Owning key admin like expenses, invoices, approvals and anything else that keeps things moving smoothly.Handling some personal admin for the Directors so they can stay focused on the big stuff.Managing inboxes with good judgement, filtering, flagging and responding where appropriate.Sorting travel and accommodation with the Travel team - making everything stress-free and efficient.Partnering with global and UK teams to keep communication flowing and priorities aligned.WHAT WE LOVE FROM YOU:ABOUT YOU:A genuine team playerFull of curiosity, energy and a can-do attitudeQuick to learn, comfortable with change and hungry to make things betterA practical problem-solver with great judgementObsessed with high standards, simplicity and forward momentumA brilliant communicator who can read the room and build trust fastSuper organised with strong attention to detail, nothing gets past youCalm, adaptable and unflappable when things get busyAble to juggle multiple priorities with speed and accuracyConfident influencing senior stakeholdersProactive, dependable and always one step aheadDiscreet, trustworthy and professional at all timesAnd of course… a true KFC believerEXPERIENCE:Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environmentProven ability in planning and delivering events of all sizesStrong IT skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and ExcelFantastic diary management experience, juggling complex calendars is second natureWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:We offer benefits that make your life that little bit easier, because we know the juggle is real.From flexible, hybrid working to Fri-Yay early finishes and Live Well Days, we’ve created a package that supports the real you, in and out of work.You’ll get:Hybrid working from our Woking RSC (just 24 mins from London).
