We're seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant ideally with experience in professional services to support three of our Sales Directors.In this role, you'll provide administrative support to drive efficiency and deliver exceptional internal and client experiences. As a point of contact for clients, you’ll closely collaborate with the Operations and Project Management teams and be at the forefront of planning and executing client and internal projects.Please note this is a 10 month fixed term contract with potential for permanent hire.Here's what you'll be responsible for:Administrative support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and execute business priorities to ensure peak efficiency.Sales coordination: Drive sales success by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, reports, and maintaining CRM.Project administration: Working alongside our Senior Project Managers to support on client project logistics and implementation.Document management: Maintain quality and precision in documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.Team catalyst: Fuel our team's growth mindset with your energy and support, propelling us to new heights of achievement.You are:Experienced Executive/Team Assistant: Bring more than 2 years of expertise in supporting Sales Directors to achieve success.Effective communicator: Skilled at connecting with team members and clients alike.
