The NDIS Commission is the dedicated national regulator of NDIS service providers in Australia.We work with NDIS participants, service providers, workers and the community to make sure participants have choice, control and dignity when they access high-quality supports and services in safe environments.More information on who we are and what we do is available on our website.About The DivisionThe Regulatory Policy, Insights and Review Division supports the NDIS Commission’s delivery of legislative functions through strategic policy development and advice, market design and oversight, data and analysis activities, major projects and initiatives.This includes innovative and strategic thinking, data analysis and evidence reviews, to solve complex policy issues that facilitate upholding the rights of people with disability through regulation of the NDIS market, to enable the provision of safe and quality supports.The Division supports the NDIS Commission’s contributions and response to the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability. It also supports the NDIS Commissioner with inquiries and reviews, delivery of NDIS workforce initiatives.About The RoleThe Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Deputy Commissioner- Regulatory Policy, Insights and Review through the management of competing priorities, coordination and corporation with other members of the Executive Support team. They provide support to the Deputy Commissioner on a day-to-day basis to ensure they are able to operate efficiently and effectively.The Commission supports flexible work arrangements. The Executive Assistant position requires the incumbent to be in the office approximately three (3) days per week, with additional days as required.
