Job Title: Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator (Real Estate)📍 Location: Hawalli, Kuwait🕒 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM📅 Working Days: Saturday to ThursdayJob Description:We are looking for a full-time, immediate joiner to assist and support management in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our real estate office.The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing both administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.Responsibilities:Assist and support the manager in daily office operations.Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on next steps.Handle incoming documents and prepare them for management approval.Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and reports as requested.Manage and optimize office policies, procedures, and filing systems.Handle social media platforms and respond professionally to customer inquiries.Prepare and verify documentation for payments.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflow efficiency.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Must have a valid driver’s license and car.Strong organizational and communication skills.Background or experience in real estate is an advantage.Must be available for immediate joining.Local hire only (Kuwait residents).📧 Interested candidates can send their CV to:Nesmarec@hotmail.com
