Outsiders is seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to act as the Principal’s right hand in all aspects of firm operations, client work, and strategic growth. Strong organizational and research skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information and manage competing priorities with professionalism and precision. Integrity, attention to detail, and an interest in legal work are must-haves.Technical requirements: The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with technology, particularly the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and eager to learn new applications quickly. Our firm integrates new tools and systems regularly, so you should be a self-starter who can independently explore tutorials and implement new software efficiently. Experience with document automation, CRM platforms, or legal practice tools would be an asset.Why you? This includes assisting with client intake and communication, preparing and formatting legal templates and filings, managing scheduling and workflows, liaising with contractors for marketing and operations, generating monthly bills, organizing and accounting for lawyers inboxes, and supporting the Principal in day-to-day business and legal tasks. Your goal is to take projects off the Principal’s plate, and see them through to completion with accuracy and initiative.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft Office suiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilityExperience managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsComfort working fully remotely with strong self-management skillsDemonstrated interest in legal, business, or professional services work
