The group's successful growth reflects its commitment to sourcing and supplying quality solutions for humanitarian needs.Role DescriptionManage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient time management.Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and strategic information.Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal teams, clients, and external partners.Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups across departments.Draft professional emails, letters, and business communication on behalf of the Director.Schedule, plan, and coordinate internal and external meetings.Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and required documents for all meetings.Arrange logistics for events, conferences, and business travel.Assist the Director in executing projects, tracking progress, and maintaining project timelines.Conduct basic research, data collection, and prepare summaries or reports as required.Monitor deadlines, ensure tasks are completed, and flag any delays or issues.Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.Support decision-making by providing relevant data, follow-ups, and updates.Help identify operational gaps and assist in process improvements.Assist with personal appointments, bookings, and travel plans as directed.Ensure smooth execution of both professional and limited personal tasks.QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance dutiesExperience in preparing and managing Expense Reports and supporting executive needsStrong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust be Tech Savvy person.Prior experience in a similar role or familiarity with executive-level support is beneficialAdditional DetailsMust visit factories twice a week as part of the roleSalary: ₹8 LPA – ₹10 LPATimings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMLocation: Gurgaon, Haryana.
