Come and join the Group Underwriting team!We're seeking a motivated and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide seamless and professional support to our Head of Underwriting Costing & Governance, as well as, to our Head Group Sustainability. As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with both Executives based in Switzerland and their teams across the globe. At the same time, you will be part of a team of Executive Assistants in Bratislava, where you will benefit from knowledge exchange and collaborative team spirit. The role requires strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with responsibility for planning and coordinating calendar and travels.In This Role, You WillHandle calendar management, including scheduling of internal/external appointments across different time zones and arranging all required logistics (rooms, video conferences, catering, accommodation etc.)Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, process expense reports and other administrative tasks in a timely mannerOrganize and attend team meetings to take notes and follow up on the action pointsOrganize and plan internal/external events (offsites, workshops, etc.) from start to finishTriage internal and external stakeholder requests and draft initial responsesAnticipate and react to executive requests in an expedient mannerAbout YouEssentials: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize requests, paired with attention to detail, demonstrated calendar management skills and ability to coordinate executive meetings and travel arrangementsExperience in supporting management at the executive levelVery good command of EnglishSolid knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word and ExcelProactive and flexible personality who adapts fast to various situations and responds quickly to challengesDemonstrated customer-centric and entrepreneurial mindsetNice To HaveAble to anticipate possible risks/issues, maintain a solution approachAble to work independently with little or no supervision, while being a teammate and collaborativeIf you are a proactive individual with a high level of self-motivation, we want to hear from you!We provide feedback to all candidates via email.
