As a Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the executive, ensuring effective calendar management, communication, and coordination of key prioritiesResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to executives including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangementsAssist with general office administration in Frankfurt OfficeHandle expense reports, budgets, contracts, and confidential documents with accuracy and discretionPrepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and supporting materialsServe as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and professional communicationSupport the planning and coordination of company events, board meetings and special projects as requiredQualifications5+ years of relevant work experienceStructed, organized and solution-oriented way of working with strong communication skillsFluent in English (Preferred: German & Korean)Good PC knowledge, incl. PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
