This isn't your typical EA role – we're looking for someone who combines outstanding operational excellence with strategic thinking and genuine care for people.About the Role This is a pivotal role where you'll be the trusted right hand to our CEO, ensuring the executive office operates like a well-oiled machine while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape our organisation's future. You'll be at the heart of the action – liaising with our Board of Directors, managing critical stakeholder relationships, and keeping your finger on the pulse of our business priorities.Strategic PartnershipYou'll proactively anticipate needs and offer valuable insights to support smart decision-making for the CEO. You'll conduct thorough research and analysis to develop compelling briefings and presentations, while identifying challenges early and proposing effective solutions before they escalate. Additionally, you'll nurture key relationships both within the organisation and with external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across all levels.Executive OperationsYou will take ownership of the CEO’s calendar and priorities, ensuring their time is strategically optimised for the greatest impact. You will serve as a vital liaison, coordinating seamlessly between the CEO, Board of Directors, shareholders, and leadership teams, while also managing complex travel arrangements and offering recommendations that support business objectives. In addition, you will provide crucial project management support for initiatives led by the CEO and C-Suite, contributing to the success of high-level organisational goals.Governance & ComplianceYou will actively support ASX compliance activities and collaborate closely with our Company Secretary to ensure all regulatory requirements are met. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation that adhere to regulatory standards, assist in developing Board presentations and strategic communications, and stay informed about regulatory changes and their implications for the organisation.About youYou are an accomplished professional who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution, and you're excited about working at the intersection of leadership, governance, and business strategy.You possess exceptional emotional intelligence and consistently exercise sound judgment in a variety of situations.
