This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can manage a wide range of tasks involving both strategic, and operational aspects of the company. The EA will act as an important part of the CEO's office ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, communications, and projects.Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO OfficeLocation: Bangalore (Work from Office)Company: Apna MarketplaceRequirementsRoles & Responsibilities:Calendar & Meeting ManagementManage CEO's calendars, ensuring optimal time management across business commitmentsPrioritize requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage appointments with both corporate and family offices stakeholdersCommunication & CoordinationServe as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersDraft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring efficient handlingTravel & Expense ManagementPlan and oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, covering business trips & events. Manage reimbursements, tax invoices, and event-related expensesProject & Event SupportAssist in executing strategic projects and coordinate with teams across the organizationOrganize high-level meetings, investor relations engagements, PR events, and Family office commitments such as private events, home office social engagements over lunch/dinner. Administrative & Ad-Hoc SupportEnsure the smooth handling of the CEO's daily schedule, from corporate priorities to personal responsibilitiesHandle confidential matters with discretion, ensuring alignment across business and personal affairsProvide flexible, on-demand support for unanticipated tasks, projects, and critical prioritiesWork cross-functionally across teams, including vendor management, event planning and management, and collaboration with Finance to ensure smooth operationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong Organisational & Time-Management Skills - Ability to seamlessly integrate professional and family offices schedulesExcellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written abilities to interact with diverse stakeholdersTechnical Proficiency - Expertise in Google Workspace, MS Office, and internal communication toolsDiscretion & Confidentiality - Ability to manage sensitive business and family office confidential information with professionalismProblem-Solving & Decision-Making - Ability to troubleshoot conflicts and proactively manage priorities. Capable of anticipating needs and working autonomously with minimal supervisionExperience with C-Level Executives - Minimum 8-10 years of experience supporting top management.
