This interim role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in dynamic, international environments and can provide seamless executive support from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage and prioritize the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and meetingsCoordinate complex travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)Prepare documentation for meetings, presentations, and eventsDraft correspondence, reports, and meeting minutesAct as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external communicationsAdministrative & Organizational TasksHandle expense reports, budget tracking, and invoice processingSupport personal arrangements (appointments, travel, events)Assist with executive events, town halls, and offsitesCoordinate with top management and global Executive AssistantsManage guest arrangements and office suppliesMeeting & Communication ManagementOrganize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actionsLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholdersManage meeting room logistics and schedulingYour ProfileMinimum 5–10 years of experience in a similar PA/EA role at C-levelStrong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivityExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesHigh level of discretion and professionalismFluent in Japanese and English (German is a plus)Proficient in MS Office toolsResilient, adaptable, and service-orientedWhy Join GC International AGAt GC International AG, you will be part of a growing, innovative company with a global footprint.
