This role is ideal for someone just starting their career who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and can help keep our office running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations, assisting with data-related projects, and helping coordinate office activities and events.RequirementsCollect, clean, and manage data using Excel and other tools.Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal dashboards.Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.Assist in managing day-to-day office operations (ordering supplies, maintaining inventories, etc.).Coordinate logistics for meetings, company events, and team activities.Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.Liaise with internal teams and external vendors when required.CompetencesRecently completed (or in final year of) a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Compensation BenefitsHands-on experience in both data management and office operations.Mentorship and exposure to various business functions.A collaborative, supportive team environment.Opportunities for growth and potential full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.
