As part of our team, you can explore what motivates and energizes your career goals: partnering with our customers, our communities, and each other.Job DescriptionTaking responsibility for the effective running of the European CFO office with particular focus on ensuring efficient utilization of the CFO’s time.Managing the Outlook diaries of the CFO and the Finance Leadership Team(FLT).Exercising judgement and discretion in ensuring that allocation of the CFO’s time, including acceptances, timings and durations of meetings, reflecting key priorities of the team.Completing administrative work for the CFO ensuring that the CFO office runs effectively and efficiently.Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of key events at which the CFO is expected to lead and participate, including Board meetings, external meetings and meetings with senior colleagues.Coordinating travel arrangements for the CFO and Finance Leadership Team.Submitting expenses and completing routine administrative tasks on behalf of the CFO.Preparing ad hoc correspondence, reports and special projects as directed.Contributing to the continual development of a collaborative culture across the European Finance TeamAccountabilities:Independently plans and organizes work; develops and maintains procedures to ensure work is completed in an efficient manner.Coordinates the appointment calendars.Making reservations for travel and accommodation as needed.Greets visitors and assists as required with meetings or events at which the CFO leads or participates.Uses discretion to direct items for action by members of the Finance team where appropriate to deliver effective and efficient outcomes.Composes correspondence, approves and releases routine correspondenceResearches topics as requested, preparing summaries for review and actioning by the CFO and FLT.Contributes to effective colleague and public relations through courteous demeanor and tactful responses to inquiries.Follows through on matters referred to other staff to make sure prompt action has been taken.Contributes to the FLT, identifying potential issues early, highlighting areas for improvement and supporting the group in the continual development of a collaborative culture.Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.Ideally will have operated in a Global Financial Services/Banking organisation.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.Benefits:We offer an exciting, fast-paced and diverse working environment with employees of many different nationalities.
